The Netflix Death Note Movie is Still Happening

I keep forgetting that this movie is happening. Then things like that happen and I feel like I have to talk about it.  So how about the Green Goblin as a death god? Well that’s what you’re getting since Willem Dafoe will be providing the voice of the apple-loving god of death Ryuk, in the upcoming film.

Dafoe has a great voice, so that’s actually pretty exciting. He’s also the biggest name on this cast list so far which also features Straight Outta Compton’s Keith Stanfield and that kid from The Fault in Our Stars. 

We’ll see how this movie turns out in 2017.
