Well, the first trailer for Alita: Battle Angel has dropped, and we have lots of thoughts. We could talk about how the James Cameron produced and Robert Rodriguez directed live action adaptation of the manga and anime Battle Angel Alita seems to be devoid of Asian actors, but–OH MY GOD WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HER FACE. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ROSA SALAZAR’S FACE.
DO NOT LOOK AT ME WITH THOSE EYES.
THOSE ARE THE EYES OF THE DAMNED. THEY WILL HAUNT MY DREAMS. WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS. WHY GOD WHY. THERE IS NO POINT TO THIS. ANIME EYES SHOULD NEVER APPEAR AS FLESH, AND DAMN THE FOUL SOULS WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA. OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD.
