Suicide Squad is already looking to recast a character as Tom Hardy is backing out for reasons that have not been officially announced. (But since shooting on The Revenant is reportedly going longer than expected, its safe to assume that is the reason.)

Jake Gyllenhaal is reportedly already being approached about the part of Rick Flag, but only time will tell.
